The XXI South American Masters Athletics Championships are held in Lima, the capital of Peru. Two Lithuanian track and field athletes (both 70 years old) participate in it without competition. <\/p>\n

On Monday, Genovait\u0117 Kazlauskien\u0117<\/strong> took the first place in the hammer throw (26.05), while Genovait\u0117 Avi\u017eonien\u0117<\/strong> was second in the high jump (0.95).<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, Genovait\u0117 Kazlauskien\u0117<\/strong> also won in the ball push (9.12).<\/p>\n

On Friday, another silver medal, this time in the triple jump (5.89), was won by Genovait\u0117 Avi\u017eonien\u0117<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, Genovait\u0117 Kazlauskien\u0117<\/strong> won her third event – weight loss (9.41). It was the last start of our team in this championship. <\/p>\n
