We invite children aged 4-6 to participate free of charge and become part of the Lithuanian Athletics Championship.  <\/p>\n<p>Together with the children, the distance will be covered by Lithuanian record holders and multiple champions <strong>Simas Berta\u0161ius<\/strong> and <strong>Giedrius Valin\u010dius<\/strong>. Participants will have special numbers, and immediately after the finish they will be treated to ice cream. <\/p>\n<p>Simas has become the Lithuanian champion as many as 38 times, and he also holds national records in the 1000 m, 1500 m, 1500 m indoors, 1 mile and 3000 m. Giedrius has worn the crown of the Lithuanian champion 6 times, and this year he also entered the record book when he improved the national record for 10 km road running. <\/p>\n<p>Parents will be able to accompany their children on the track, and participants are asked to gather at the central entrance to the arena before the start (until 5 p.m.).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/wv4JqU7osvY7ExR77\">Registration Link<\/a><\/p>\n<p>We would like to remind you that the Lithuanian Athletics Championships will take place in the renovated Palanga Stadium on August 1-3. The country&#8217;s most capable athletes will seek not only the championship titles, but also the local World Championships, which can be awarded by a fulfilled norm or ranking points. <\/p>\n<p>The championship will be broadcast live on the lrt.lt portal for all three days, and on Saturday 16:00\u201319:00 and Sunday 10:30\u201312:30 you will be able to watch the competition on the LRT Plius channel.
