The championship will be held in Tampere for the second time, and ten athletes will appear in the Ratinan Stadium wearing the uniforms of the Lithuanian national team. They will start in nine different races.  <\/p>\n<p>Lithuania will be represented in the competition by <strong>Martynas Kolupaila <\/strong>(100 m), <strong>Eva Au\u0161rait\u0117 <\/strong>(400 m), <strong>Matas Janarauskas <\/strong>(400 m), <strong>Aur\u0117ja Beniu\u0161yt\u0117 <\/strong>(triple jump), <strong>Joana Fiodorovait\u0117 <\/strong>(long jump), <strong>Kasparas Gustas <\/strong>(pole vault), <strong>Matas Mikul\u0117nas <\/strong>(ball push), <strong>Arminas A\u010das <\/strong>(discus throw), <strong>Orinta Navikait\u0117 <\/strong>(javelin throw) and <strong>August\u0117 Virbalait\u0117 <\/strong>(javelin throw).<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, the European U20 Championship was held in Jerusalem (Israel). The silver medal was won by <strong>Rugil\u0117 Mikly\u010di\u016bt\u0117 <\/strong>(pole vault), and <strong>Lukas Sutkus <\/strong>(400 m \u2013 4th place), O. Navikait\u0117 (javelin throw \u2013 5th place), <strong>Adas Dambrauskas <\/strong>(100 m \u2013 7th place) and <strong>Just\u0117 Perveneckait\u0117 <\/strong>(10000 m sport walking \u2013 10th place) entered the TOP10. <\/p>\n<p>In total, Lithuanians have won two gold, four silver and one bronze medal in the history of these championships. By the way, in 2005 the European U20 Championship took place in Kaunas, at the Darius and Gir\u0117nas Stadium. <\/p>\n<p>The match will be broadcast live on the <a href=\"https:\/\/eurovisionsport.com\/en\/explore\/sports\/athletics\">Eurovision Sport<\/a> portal.
