On September 25, the World Mountain and Off-Road Running Championships<\/a> began in Canfranc (Spain). Its program includes four competitions for adults and one for youth. Among the participants is a very large Lithuanian team. <\/p>\n

On Thursday there was a vertical run. The distance is 6.4 km, the ascent is 990 m. Places occupied by Lithuanians: 102. Kevinas Oli\u0161auskas<\/strong> 50:43, 107. Martynas Rimkevi\u010dius<\/strong> 52:28, 109. Donatas Jocius<\/strong> 53:26, 118. Aurimas Brazauskas<\/strong> 57:22. 132 runners finished, the Swiss Remi Bonnet won (37:50). Results.<\/a><\/p>\n

On Friday, the competition was held in the short off-road run. The length of the distance is 44.5 km, the elevation gains are 3657 m. Places occupied by Lithuanians:
