Wednesday is the penultimate day of the championship.<\/p>\n

The gold medal in the 60 m hurdles was won by Vytautas Zaniauskas<\/strong> (V65) – 9.89 seconds. (In the qualifying races, he was also the fastest with an even better result of 9.76 seconds). <\/p>\n

The silver medal in the 200 m run was won by Oksana Choda<\/strong> (M45) – 27.23 seconds.<\/p>\n

Ar\u016bnas Bal\u010di\u016bnas<\/strong> (V50) was 13th in the 1500 m run (4:31.24)<\/p>\n

For Lithuanians, the championship is already over. 16 medals were won: 4 gold, 6 silver and 6 bronze. More (20 medals) were won only in 2024. <\/p>\n

On Monday, our masters won five medals. The vice-champions were hammer thrower Gintautas Misevi\u010dius<\/strong> (V55) – 54.42 m and ball pusher Genovait\u0117 Kazlauskien\u0117<\/strong> (M75) – 9.52 m. <\/p>\n

Bronze medals were won by Egidijus Zaniauskas<\/strong> (V35) in pentathlon – 3287 points (60 m b\/b – 8.87, distance – 5.96, shot put – 11.82, height – 1.74, 1000 m – 2:59.98), Saulius Svilainis<\/strong> (V65) discus throw – 41.93 m, Ernesta Kara\u0161kien\u0117<\/strong> (M45) in 60 m run – 8.36 seconds.<\/p>\n

Ronaldas Kondratas<\/strong> (V80) became the European champion in the 5 km run (26:26).<\/p>\n

Silver medals in the weight throw were won by Saulius Svilainis<\/strong> (V65) – 17.28 m and Genovait\u0117 Kazlauskien\u0117<\/strong> (M75) – 13.51 m, and in the 400 m run Oksana Choda<\/strong> (M45) – 1 minute 01.36 sec.<\/p>\n

The bronze medalists in the shot put were Ingrida Urbutien\u0117<\/strong> (M50) – 10.95 m and Janina Lapienien\u0117<\/strong> (M60) – 11.73 m.<\/p>\n
