Both Lithuanian representatives started on the very first day \u2013 <strong>Ieva \u0160ad\u017ei\u016bt\u0117<\/strong> and <strong>Martynas Kolupaila<\/strong> ran 100 m.<\/p>\n<p>There were eight qualifying runs each. The race was awarded the right to continue in the semifinals: the three fastest runners from each race, along with three more runners with the best times. <\/p>\n<p><strong>I. \u0160ad\u017ei\u016bt\u0117<\/strong> finished sixth in the fifth race (11.83\/0.0) and did not advance to the semifinals. Among 64 runners, her result was 45th.   <a href=\"https:\/\/media.aws.iaaf.org\/competitiondocuments\/pdf\/7204186\/AT-100-W-h----.RS4.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Results.<\/a><br \/>\n<strong>M. Kolupaila <\/strong>was also sixth in his run (10.64\/-0.8) and finished the championship in 53rd place out of 70 participants. <a href=\"https:\/\/media.aws.iaaf.org\/competitiondocuments\/pdf\/7204186\/AT-100-M-h----.RS4.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Results.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>So far, four Lithuanian sprinters have competed in the 100 m races at the World Junior Championships: <strong>Agn\u0117 Visockait\u0117<\/strong> (1996), <strong>Lina Grin\u010dikait\u0117<\/strong> (2004, 2006), <strong>Andr\u0117 O\u017eechauskait\u0117<\/strong> (2021, 2022), and <strong>Adas Dambrauskas<\/strong> (2024). The highest, sixth place, was taken in 2006 by L.
