In accordance with Article 18 of the National Anti-Doping Rules (Annex to the Order of the Minister of Education, Science and Sports of the Republic of Lithuania No. V-1459 of 30 December 2024). 18.9.1. Athletes participating in competitions organized by a national federation or a club/member belonging to it must have valid certificates issued by the Lithuanian Anti-Doping Agency or the International Federation about the anti-doping training they have undertaken. The certificate issued by the Lithuanian Anti-Doping Agency can be obtained on the e-learning platform www.bedopingo.lt . Those with the international “I run clean” certification do not need an additional LAA certificate.
We would like to inform you that from 2025, sports education centres, sports clubs, coaches, individual athletes should have information when submitting applications whether their athletes meet the requirements of the National Anti-Doping Rules.
According to the decision of the LLAF Council of 26 February 2025, all athletes from the youth age group participating in the Lithuanian Athletics Championships, other competitions organized by the LLAF, mass running events during which the Lithuanian Athletics Championship is held must have valid certificates issued by the Lithuanian Anti-Doping Agency or the International Federation (I Run Clean) about the anti-doping training they have undertaken. The certificate is valid for two years.
