On September 25, the World Mountain and Off-Road Running Championships began in Canfranc (Spain). Its program includes four competitions for adults and one for youth. Among the participants is a very large Lithuanian team.

On Thursday there was a vertical run. The distance is 6.4 km, the ascent is 990 m. Places occupied by Lithuanians: 102. Kevinas Olišauskas 50:43, 107. Martynas Rimkevičius 52:28, 109.
