In the 1500 m run , Aronas Januška (Panevėžys) improved the Lithuanian 13-year-old record (4:36.63). The official record is already 46 years old, but a few minutes before Januška’s run, it had already been improved by Matas Kulbokas (4:39.76) from Thrace in the Kaunas Championship.
