Europeans Athletics invites you to apply for the 2026-2030 Athletes’ Commission. The elections will take place in August at the European Athletics Championships in Birmingham (UK).

Athletes who have participated in at least one European Athletics Championship in the last 6 years, have a certificate of completed anti-doping education program “I Run Clean”, as well as “Safeguarding” and “Ethical Compliance” certificates, can become representatives of the Athletes.

At the same time, it is noted that candidates must be willing to devote time to this position, as not only remote meetings, but also at least two live meetings per year are planned.

Federations can submit two candidates – one woman and one man, but only one athlete will be able to represent the country (the commission will consist of 8 members in total). All athletes who receive accreditations to the championship in Birmingham will be able to vote for the candidates, and the election results will be announced on the last day of the championships – August 16.
