On Sunday, the European Off-Road Running Championships ended in Kamnik (Slovenia).
On the first day of the championship, the competition was held in the Uphill Race (distance length 9 km). Lithuanian results: 73. Martynas Rimkevičius 1:10:32, 74. Andrius Šipkinas 1:11:12, 75. Donatas Jocius 1:12:52. In the team standings, Lithuanians are nineteenth.
On June 6, the participants of the 52 km off-road run started. Lithuanian results: 39. Remigijus Kančys 4:31:51, 78. Paul Pečiūra 5:10:11, 84. Ernestas Kavoliūnas 5:26:08; 42.Zita Kosač 5:32:12, 57. Viktorija Senūtienė 5:53.37, Vincenta Mikulėnaitė DNF. The Lithuanian men’s team took 20th place.
On June 7, a 13 km run-off and descent took place. Lithuanian results: 60. Vaidas Žlabys 1:14:37, 70. Tomas Bizimavičius 1:18:26, 76. Vaidas Ramanauskas 1:24:15; 45.Aušrinė Kutkaitė 1:27:27, 46. Vaida Nakrošiūtė 1:27:30. The Lithuanian men’s team is seventeenth.
