The Lithuanian Athletics Federation together with the FULLGAZZ Children’s and Youth Athletics Academy invites coaches, physical education teachers and physical activity specialists to join the international project “Kids’ Athletics Lithuania 2026”.

The project is implemented under the global initiative “World Athletics” and is aimed at increasing children’s physical activity and strengthening the competencies of specialists in working with children aged 4-12.

Kids’ Athletics is a program applied in more than 150 countries that develops children’s running, jumping and throwing skills through games. The essence of the program is simplicity, inclusion and the joy of movement for every child.

Project participants will have the opportunity to participate in two practical trainings in Vilnius (2-3 May and 26-27 September 2026), during which they will get acquainted with the methodology, test tasks and acquire clear tools for working with children.

Participants will apply the acquired knowledge in a real environment – in lessons, training or physical activity activities in their regions, bringing together groups of children and organizing regular activities.

The project will be complemented by two larger-scale events – the Kids’ Athletics Games in Vilnius (7 June and 28 November 2026), in which children trained during the project will participate.
