On Saturday, 66 teams competed in the Lithuanian Cross Relay Championship, which was held for the first time in Palanga. Children competed in relays 4×0.5 km, and other age groups 4×1 km.
In the mixed adult relay, the team from Vilnius district (Gintarė Zenkevičiūtė, Erik Černiavski, Jovita Balsienė, Rimvydas Alminas) won – 13 min. 11 sec.
In the youth group, the teams of Vilnius (juniors), Klaipėda (youngsters) and Šiauliai (mixed) were in the lead.
The fastest junior teams: Vilnius (juniors, juniors) and Kaunas (mixed).
The first places in the junior group were taken by Vilnius (juniors), Marijampolė (juniors) and Kelmė (mixed), while the first places in the junior group were taken by Klaipėda (girls, boys) and Kaunas (mixed).
In the group of cities, the winner was Klaipėda team (2.Vilnius, 3.Šiauliai), the district team – Marijampolė (2.Šilutė, 3.Pagėgiai).
