On May 11, several athletes from Biržai participated in the Jekabpils Open Championship.

Arijus Ragauskas won the shot put in the junior group (15.22). Erminas Dudoras was fourth in the long jump (6.19), and Mantas Tamulynas was sixth in the 1500 m run (4:41.38). Aurimas Samulionis won one of the 100m qualifying runs (11.59/2.4), but did not start in the final.
