At the end of October, the NCAA Conference Cross Country Running Championships were held.

In Arlington (Texas) on October 31 at the WAC Conference Championship , Karolina Blijutė took 9th place (6 km, 20:41.8).

A week ago, at the SSC Conference Championship in Lakeland (Florida), Dominyka Petraškaitė, who also ran 6 km, was eleventh (22:03.5).

The U.S. student cross country running season is coming to an end with two stages left: the regional qualifiers on November 14, and the NCAA Championships on November 22.
