The indoor season for U.S. students ended with the NCAA Championship that began Friday in Fayetteville. This year among its participants was one Lithuanian track and field athlete – Olivija Vaitaitytė. In the pentathlon, she scored 4064 points (9.08-1.69-11.35-5.90-2:15.05) and took 11th place. Competitions in stadiums are gaining momentum. At the Aztec Coastal Classic in San Diego, Eleonora Višnevskytė improved her personal record in the 5000 m run and took fifth place (16:57.90).

At the Tampa Spartans Classic in Tampa, Dominyka Petraškaitė improved her personal record and won the 1500 m run – 4 minutes 37.11 seconds.

At the Phoenix Invitational held in Elon, the following results were recorded by Greta Urbonavičiūtė : 100 m b/b – 16.54/-1.3 (12th place); distance – 4.92/3.6 (8th place); javelin – 38.19 (4th place, personal record).
