In the last days of April, the final cross-country relay competition of the Lithuanian School Games took place. The teams ran 6 km (4 girls 0.5 km each, 4 boys 1 km each).

Teams of small schools (up to 500 pupils) competed in Jonava. In the junior group (2011 and younger) the leader was Kuršėnai Pavenčiai school – multifunctional center (21:06), senior (2007-2010) – Šilutė Vydūnas gymnasium (20:07).

Runners from the big schools competed in Jurbarkas. Among the juniors, Vilnius Ąžuolynas Progymnasium won (21:36), among the seniors – Kelmė Jonas Graičiūnas Gymnasium (21:07).
